That’s not a “dilemma.” You don’t commit war crimes. You absolutely have the right and the duty to refuse illegal orders

He is definitely NOT fine.

Either he’s dead and he did NOT write this or he’s completely lost his mind.
I also recommend downloading a linux image file, putting it on a USB stick and booting your computer from it. This lets you try out linux without making any changes to your computer. The other nice thing about a live USB stick is that it lets you make sure that linux detects all your computer’s hardware. If you don’t have any problems during the live session, you won’t have any problems when you install it for real.
Another vote for Linux Mint. You can always try different linux distros later on.

There’s nothing to “negotiate” Donald. You leave and pay repairations to Iran for an unprovoked attack. That’s it.
Yup. Also, using Windows will subject you to corporate spying as well, since the spyware is built right in to the operating system. I’m really glad I switched to linux.

I’m sure airlines will be thrilled about having their customers kidnapped by ICE during security checks. Because that’s how “illegals” sneak into the country, right? By buying an airline ticket and FLYING IN. Just think of the headlines.

This. He made his money, he saw where all this was heading and now it’s time to bail out and fake some remorse before the really heinous shit starts.

“I was selling the shit out of it,” Osborne says. “I genuinely was a convert.”
I don’t buy your remorse for one second. It took you 3 YEARS to have this moment of clarity?

Only a fool would make a “deal” with Trump.

Yup. I used to think Lindsay was just a clueless idiot. I mean he is, but think carefully about what he said there . . . the utter contempt it shows for the ordinary people on both sides who will be maimed and killed for his greed. That is just 100% concentrated evil.

Yup. I’m not about to take the word of politicians who have unwavering support for The King of the Pedophiles and a serial rapist.

“Venezuela and Iran have 31 percent of the world’s oil reserves. We’re going to have a partnership with 31 percent of the known reserves. This is China’s nightmare. This is a good investment,” said Graham.
You don’t have “partnerships” with people whose countries you’ve bombed and invaded and whose resources you are stealing. Those people hate you and want to kill you. You fucking fool.
There’s no way to hold territory without boots on the ground and another Forever War.

This right here. It’s not about “protecting children.” It never HAS been about “protecting children.” It never WILL be about “protecting children.” It’s about surveillance and control. The money class is desperate for ways to identify you online that can get around your use of a VPN. They want to know who you are, where you are, where you go, who you talk to, what you buy and what your politics are. And if you think they’ll be satisfied with just an age check for porn sites, you are hopelessly naive.
Fortunately, when someone or something “damages” the Internet, like these sorts of laws, the Internet routes around that damage. If a website won’t accept my connection because of an age check, I’m just going to move on the something else. These idiot lawmakers act like we don’t have a choice. I say they’re wrong.

at ICE’s largest detention camp
Fark you, AP news. Call it what it is: a concentration camp.

An ELON husk!

Multi-billionaire technology tycoon Elon Musk told a jury in California on Wednesday that stock market investors read too much into his social media posts.
That’s because investors expect to take you seriously when you’re handling their MONEY. If you’re going act like an illiterate douche-canoe, like Poochie from “The Simpsons” then expect investors to be concerned.

Come on, Motorola. You already have a fairly decent line of existing Moto phones. There IS a huge market for folks who are concerned about their privacy.

The Linux Mint upgrade is recent and folks migrated from 22.2 to 22.3 You can see it right in the stats. Don’t know about Ubuntu.
They look exactly as I expected them to look.
