A livestreamer known for posting videos with racist content online appeared in court Friday morning on charges including attempted murder after he shot a man outside a Tennessee courthouse, according to authorities.

He shot someone after instigating a fight with them. Really hoping he gets buried under the prison and gets the book thrown at him. Guy is a legit degen and danger to society.

    For people confused on why he’s going to get BTFO:

    Restrictions on Deadly Force: Deadly force is generally not justified if the defender was engaged in criminal activity, provoked the conflict, or if the aggressor had a legal right to be present. Historically, Tennessee did not permit deadly force solely to protect property.

    He provoked the conflict, then shot the guy.

      I don’t see where it says he provoked it. The quote from Eatherly says the other guy swung first, and I don’t see anything contradicting that.

        I think it pretty much did, though perhaps the article has been updated since you posted.

        Eatherly, 28, turned his body “in a bladed stance” toward Fox and reached for a firearm in his jacket pocket, after which a “physical altercation” happened, the warrant said. Eatherly fired his weapon and Fox was struck multiple times, according to the document.

        The physical altercation occurred after Eatherly settled into a fighting stance and grabbed the gun in his pocket. It seems like that was be the provocation for the physical fight. Even with it being Tennessee, and Fox being black, it seems unlikely that a jury will find that Fox provoked the altercation verbally and justified Eatherly using lethal force.
