He gave fake addresses and hid on remote islands, just like he did for Covid. He is still a board member for the American company Alphabet. He stepped down in 2019.

Good on you for finding that. He stepped down at the same time.

Every oligarch is a pedophile until proven otherwise.

And even then, any supposed evidence of their innocence should be suspect.

Really, it’s just much be easier to assume that they are all pedophiles.

You’ll be right far more often than you’re wrong.

Does it even matter if they’re pedophiles?

Being an oligarchs is magnitudes larger of a crime.

        Yes, it does.

For starters, it matters because their crimes have victims. So saying those crimes don’t matter means those victims don’t matter.

Additionally, it’s incredibly helpful for public framing and understanding, especially for the people who aren’t inclined to hold their immense wealth against them.

Are there really people who would turn on them if they’re pedophiles but not if they’re fucking all of us? Seems the later would be easier to convince people of.

The kid raping seems like a symptom of their power, not an independent disease. Cure them of that, and they won’t be able to get away with hurting people.

Pedophilia is no respecter of any demographic. It’s a serious mental illness and a serious public health issue, mental and otherwise. Oligarchy just means it’s easier to pay off the people who would segregate pedofiles from society until intensive treatment and proscribed legal remedies are met.

Yeah, we have in place ways to deal with pedophiles. But those with power have means to circumvent it. Take away their power, and they’d be treated like the rest of the pedophiles. The bigger problem is their power.

The thing is that pedophilia and child rape are two different things. Oligarchs don’t rape children because they’re sexually attracted to their young bodies. They do it because they get off on destroying vulnerable people with impunity.

Children are just the most vulnerable demographic.

I really dislike framing child molestation as a symptom of power, as if anyone with such power would practice child molestation.

I think it’s more likely that those willing to ruthlessly abuse, exploit and manipulate others and the physical world in terms of resources are also much more likely to be the type of person who’s sexuality revolves around those same things. These guys are pedophiles sure but I’m sure they’re not loving, kind and compassionate lovers to the wives, partners or paid companions. It’s a different kind of sadism. I think that “the only thing standing in the way” is that I have no desire for that money and power and that alone is protective, beyond that I don’t have access to it so I’m not at risk of being corrupted. The human race has a love affair with hierarchy and money is easiest way to feed that beast, and those who are the best at sacrificing their own to it win, and kids are an easy target.

What about: Those who would molest a child will do so if they have power. I believe that would also cover non-oligarchs.

Anyone who had wealth, or had access to wealth equal to $50 million today (or more) since the 1980s should be thoroughly investigated, period, and if connections are found, any and all wealth confiscated, and used for foundations and programmes supporting victims of child/sex trafficking, exploited women, women’s health research, and so on.

At this point, it’s actually easier to just list the ones who aren’t on it. We need a complete fresh start. Like a complete wipeout of a full class of “people” to cleanse the planet from them. This is disgusting.

Long ago he worked with Sergey Brin to develop PageRank, the revolutionary web search engine, all so someday his life would put him in contact with Jeffery Epstein.
