Musk’s claims include breach of charitable trust and unjust enrichment.

Seriously. A billionaire is accusing another billionaire of unjust enrichment ? Every billionaire ever is by definition guilty of unjust enrichment. There’s simply no other way to become a billionaire.

The company, which is aiming to build the world’s first fusion power plant, does not generate any revenue but has been valued in the private market at $5.4 billion.

This is honestly insane. A company that produces nothing and is almost certainly a scam is valued at $5.4 billion? Valued by whom?

This was a well-discussed standard corporate recusal.

Which ignores his obvious influence outside of the vote. It is “standard”, but it doesn’t change a damn thing, which of course, they all know very well. They all sit on each other’s boards, and exclude, as well they can, any other shareholder from gaining a seat.

Doesn’t Elon do the same thing such as when SpaceX bought a fleet of Cybertrucks?

Just sounds like how the rich move wealth around to stay/look wealthy.

Even if proven and convicted, none of these rich fucks will ever see any consequences beyond a slap on the wrist fine – almost certainly a fine much smaller than the profits they made through this fraud. And then, just out of spite, they’ll appeal it in a higher court and get the fine reduced or tossed out entirely.

He profits just fine. The companies not so much.

Except NVIDIA, they’re making shovels and shitloads and he probably gets something under the table from them too.

Just like the circular deals 90% of the “profits” we’ve seen reported by these AI companies is just fake money

Only two industries left in America: gambling and fraud. And AI is definitely in the ‘fraud’ category.

I continue to wonder why haven’t the American people done what they should have been doing already and… do what they need to do?

The well armed and tremendously violent police who visciously beat or kill citizens all still walk free in the US. Anyone who admits to not loving fascism is legally consideted a violent terrorist. Thats the math american citizens are working with. And the dems are barely any better than the repubs. Thats before we even begin to talk about US support of massive crimes against humanity, unanimous from both parties.

It’s surely not self-dealing. It’s his AI that does business with those companies, not him, so it’s all legal.
