    Which is one of the many problems about due process not being followed since double jeopardy is not allowed. Of course not following due process is not allowed sooooooo…

      Double jeopardy applies to trials and convictions, not detainments. This just falls under straight harassment.

        yeah I get that but arrests require records and charges. this grabbing people and not arresting them and bringing them places an such is next level bs.
