I am talking about the concept of replacing the fluoride that you’d normally drink in your drinking water if they stop adding fluoride to it. Do you actually think the fluoride in drinking water only works when you swish with it?
Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay when you ingest it, as well, especially for children. Here is a link.
