What democracy? It’s a two-party, two-opinion system that’s completely broken at the verge of civil war. The US is the least democratic country of all democracies.

When the civil war breaks out, head straight for the homes of the rich and ultra rich with whatever you need to scare the shit out of them and to let them know wethe people are watching them. Let them know they’ll be held accountable for what they’ve done to the world.

one thing not brought up is pollution

NASCAR ran lead gas up until 2007 which affected both spectators and people living in the surrounding areas

this and other pollutions have most certainly affected the US elections and maybe elsewhere

takes a healthy, educated populace to make change and between pollution, schools, food and healthcare our citizens are in a stranglehold with no way out but revolt

TIL, although I do see this is just the case for piston engine planes rather than jets.

I just read a report that says most piston aircraft don’t even need modifications to use unleaded so it sounds even dumber than that.

It absolutely is not sustainable, that’s true. Something’s gotta give. We have fundamentally different, diametrically opposed visions for what we want America to be. That has to be resolved, one way or another. Either one vision wins out over the other, we try to find a compromise between the two visions, or we break apart and go our separate ways. The way I see it, those are our options. Unless there’s some other option I’m not seeing?

What would a compromise even look like, and who would be willing to accept it? Stuff like “the president can be a dictator, but only on even numbered days” certainly won’t fly with me.

It always has been. Fascist protests and rallies are protected by police under the umbrella of free speech but as you’ve seen the protests of students against Israel or fascists are put down.

Always punch nazis. They are literal scum of the world.

Trump and Biden should put out a joint statement condemning the use of violence as a political weapon, according to Fox, adding that he fears there will be more violence following the shooting.

    Bets on this ever happening?
