I’m trying to follow Trumps logic here (I realize this is a fool’s errand, of course) but maybe someone can help me out.

Alfred Nobel was Swedish and used his fortune to fund a foundation that awards Nobel Prizes in the sciences and a peace prize. The foundation consists of a board of five Swedish or Norwegian citizens, with its seat in Stockholm. All prizes are awarded in ceremonies in Stockholm, except for the Peace Prize which is awarded at a ceremony in Oslo, Norway.

This part makes sense. I’m still trying to figure out where Denmark, and thus Greenland come in.

Trump feels snubbed by the Nobel foundation and blames…Denmark(???) who administers and kinda oversees Greenland (their relationship is complex). And thus Trump feels entitled to annex Greenland if he wants.

It seems that by this logic I am entitled to steal your car in the grocery store parking lot because I’ve had at least eight sandwiches before.

I fully understand that the real reason Trump wants Greenland is to have free reign to acquire resources and of course I am against any imperialism. What I don’t understand is how he is connecting Greenland and Denmark to the peace prize. Does he just group all Scandinavians together and not understand they are different countries? What is his internal logic beyond ‘daddy never loved me.’

In two weeks. Very special. Don’t want to say much now but it’s gonna be really special.

We are going to see some real Abu Graib type shit in no time at all with the culture of abuse and rushed training. But will any of the immovable 40% who voted for this start to question our embrace of cruelty on a national level? Meh…Look at the baubles!

Weird…usually no one cares so long as the stock price goes up. Or he’s fucking children…and even then these companies take a “wait and see” attitude.

When listening to pundits on cable opinion shows, you hear a lot of confusion as to why the orange turd is saying these incendiary things daily instead of appealing to moderate voters in various demographics. “Why is his campaign doing this?!?!?”

Well, he’s not appealing to swing voters because he preemptively needs his base hyped up and ready to burn the whole house down. In his mind it doesn’t matter who votes for what. He just needs it close. Let Roger Stone and chaos take care of the rest.

I’m voting today. Make sure you do so in the next week.

Sure, the new trucks look like a Dollar Store version of the Beluga cargo plane but I don’t care. They don’t require 57 mirrors, have backup cameras, are much more fuel efficient, have A/C, the list goes on! Even the new Metris is a million times better than any LLV or FFV simply for the lack of exhaust you end up breathing.

Let’s leave that up to the states.
