3·2 years agoI believe this was used to some degree in the case of the alleged serial killer Rex Heuerman
My point is those states haven’t been defunding their police forces and still charge people for crimes.
Look at the madness in New York or Chicago, two cities that defunded their police forces and now crime runs rampant, illegal immigrant or not.
