Is this what the right means by “law and order”?
6·5 months agoSo I’ve already commented on this post, but I’ve had another thought: imagine if your CEO sent you an email saying “we need to do X”. You respond with “no, X causes this issue, we need to do Y” and your CEO responds with “You’re absolutely right! Here’s how we will implement this new policy”
The job of a tech CEO:
- Chase trends
- Mass layoffs in time to make the quarterly reports look better
- FOMO
- ???
- Profit!
Mind giving a summary for the rest of us?
4·2 years agoFrom what I understand, this allows arbitrary command execution. So, an attacker can specify a string of text that something on the affected system will just plop into a command line and execute.
Line must go up!
