While I totally understand those communities, my preference is to not relegate anything that isn’t rage to a special community since it distills regular news down to just the rage. Just my personal preference.

I’m beyond tired of the Tr*mp Rage Show Spectacular, so here’s some uplifting news for y’all.

Atkinson Hyperlegible is my new jam. I’m dyslexic and it helps tremendously even though that’s not its primary goal. It also looks a lot better than OpenDyslexic which I used to use.

Loaded “Hyperlegible” onto my Kobo, the reader app on my phone, and set it as the default font on my desktop environment.

The Titan 2 Elite looks awesome though it appears to be just a render right now. I was looking at the original Titan a while back but it was pretty dated even then. Gonna keep an eye out for the Elite.

The phone will come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor, have 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of internal storage. There is no word on the display or the battery, but going by the previous release, it should be an AMOLED screen, and the battery should be 5,000mAh. Neither is there any word about the release timeline, pricing, or other features of the device right now. The sole official render of the phone suggests a sleeker-looking body, erringly similar to the Clicks Communicator.

It’s technically correct when referring to what body the ship itself is orbiting though weirdly worded I’ll admit. Humans have not orbited another body besides earth since Apollo 17 in 1972. Though I don’t think this mission will actually orbit the moon in the traditional sense and is more of a manned flyby. Still, they’ll be captured into lunar orbit even if they’re effectively going to turn around and go home right after by not completing orbital insertion.

Yep. Even some hard R’s I know are starting to question it. And one of my buddies (also a firm R) who was in the guard is shaking his head and saying they never should have been there. When he was deployed stateside, it was to help people after floods, storms, or other times of need.

Well, “we” only did the first move because it was more convenient. The latter is being forced on us.

I generally dislike editorialized headlines (when used as post titles) but this is the exception. Nicely played.

I mean…I tend to take potential lithium fires seriously, especially when they’re in my everyday carry. Companies don’t issue recalls and mass-replace units on a whim.

Process was pretty easy. Basically you have to:

1. Fill out the recall form (linked in post).
2. Provide info for the unit:
   • Model number
   • Serial number
3. It will check to see if that exact unit is part of the recall. If it is, you’ll also need to provide:
   • Where it was purchased
   • The order number associated with the purchase
4. Let them know if you want a replacement unit shipped to you or a non-expiring gift card for Anker.com
   • I selected “replacement unit” and had to provide my shipping address. Not sure if gift card needs that or not, but would assume so.
5. You have to submit two photos of the unit:
   • Write the current date and the word RECALL on a piece of paper.
   • Upload a photo of the back with the serial number visible with the paper in the shot
   • Upload another photo of the front with the paper in the shot. Also, you have to write RECALL on the device itself in Sharpie (not sure if they’ll be able to see it in mine since the case is black and you can’t see the marker at all)
6. It said the turnaround time is approx. 5 days.
7. It advises to send the unit for recycling after you submit the form, but I’m holding onto mine for now because I’m not sure if they’re gonna complain about the Sharpie not being visible in the second photo.
