Could you maybe resfresh my memory a bit and share a few previous signal hacks? Thanks

I have a p8p as well and am a sucker for contactless pay.
I have a samsung android watch which costs like $50 second hand to get around the wallet not working on graphene.
I dont really care anymore about gathered metadata that much. I was more black and white earlier, but nowadays I just try to minimize the cloudification instead of being completely against it.
I choose my battles, and being against google wallet isnt really worth some effort from my side.

Woudnt it be a better idea just to offer standard EV kits to turn combustion engine cars into EVs?
It’s unattainable for a low budget player to create and certify a car, and support it with parts for 20 years.
Just create a kit to turn your 10 year old VW into an EV, and let VW support the parts outside of EV domain
Good luck. I switched over some months ago after using samsungs since the S2.
It takes some getting used to, but I dont think there’s gonna be ant bigger showstoppers in 2026.
What I miss from samsung is the gallery (and ocr) and some smaller inconviences. Oh and dex. Android’s baked in desktop isnt really up to dex on any scale
I use my cheap samsung watch to pay. I have it paired on my gOS
Mobilepay works as does my banking apps.
I still use googol wallet to pay, but i do that on my $50 android watch
How the holding of the power btn works? I tried it just now and it just brought the menu for doing the lockdown/reboot/shutdown (i.e. advanced boot menu or something).
I think it would be better to just hold the button down in out of the view and it would go into lockdown mode…?

I’ve done this at some point. Didnt look up the source, but this might affect other ms sw as well, namely older office. If activated lets say within 90 days twice for a certain cd key, you were easier to call the number to get the windows activated (legally).
Yeah I use linux myself so dont give a fuck all, but I’ve offered support for small companies which can be affected.

Linux needs an apple-like manufacturer (but in a good sense): good, marketable products with good support.
If we’re always relying for big current OEMs to offer linux option, they’re gonna hide it and never offer 1:1 support compared to windows.
I’m for some reason hoping for valve+some oem working together to offer a valid option to the current choices.

No. Ddr4 ram prices have been tripling this year.
I needed ddr4 ecc, but couldnt justify paying 3x the price that I paid last year.
Also wanted to buy ddr4 sodimm for my wife’s laptop, you guessed it, 3x the price.
In my +5000 workforce org only chrome and edge are allowed in mdm…
I’ve just deployed bunch of win10-iot devices in an engineering workshop with write protection. Those are supported until 2032 so we’re good.
Gonna continue running linux at home, tho. In the office, because of autodesk, we’re gonna have to have something windows.
Fuck autodesk
