ACAB perspective … community-protectors
Always wondered who’d protect communities in the abolished-police world, and if they could stay good indefinitely

:(
Ah, well, on a serious note -
To avoid killing a firefighter when we forget the popcorn in the microwave or something

using Netflix on his brake.
Offering Xzibit some new ideas

Video audio inaccurate? Maybe the guy was the Afghan national or it’s a different raid.
Article said Afghan guy, video said both woman and man were Bulgarian nationals.

Interesting analysis thanks

if we do something it’ll be bad
Opening fire in public is a very particular type of “something“
Kimmel didn’t get back on the air thanks to shooters, it was loud noise (and louder money). Also I’m not sure how to ask without seeming like I’m egging you on but are you making recommendations that you yourself are comfortable following? I would understand your argument better if you were an armed leader of group trying to convince others they need to be you doing the same as you, but if you’re posting here then you’re probably not in jail so it seems like you’re encouraging others to get themselves embroiled in gun fights/arrested safely behind a QWERTY layout.
btw this situation is incredibly upsetting and I know your heart is in the right place—we want justice. If I read too much into your comment I’ll leave it here for others who suggest firing at authorities who may have not thought it through all the way, & hope you can see where I’m coming from when you look at the parent comment and then yours.
USA has a horrible history of genocide and disruption and imperialism and all that of course—still have found “AmeriKKKa” to be cringe for some reason IDK why
Maybe cuz folks who’ve used it haven’t been eloquent or something? Seriously not sure here, again USA has committed countless crimes and def has Ku Klux Klan in its history

Solid and fair analysis IMO. His feelings were valid. He had a moral right to nonviolently push back against what he perceived as injustice, and presumably knew he might face consequences. Presumably felt it was worth it.
Wonder if the train was full. And if his feet were on a jacket/other barrier (allowed on some systems whereas direct contact is not). Also wish I knew whether the older woman has ever asked white women to comply with little rules.

LET’S GO JIMMY

Problem is there’re coming for the internet I have to imagine
Kimmel, Colbert, Oliver - let’s say they all just doing YouTube or their own websites tomorrow. The content will make the admin just as mad, so that means the admin has to go after the web.
Decentralized meshnets our only hope?

Sharing the above in long form for context:

This leads to a breakdown which manifests as angry outbursts, irritable or defensive behavior, and verbal or physical aggression. … It can result in harm to the person with NPD and those around them.
Uh oh

From Adam Ragusea on conspiracy theories (from his blurred Pyrex video):
Reality is weird and often not as you would expect. That’s why common sense only goes so far. It’s good to be skeptical of the media you consume. That’s awesome. Question things, absolutely. But don’t go and just make up your own answers, as so many of us are prone to doing. It’s fine to speculate responsibly about multiple different possible explanations for something that you’re scrutinizing, but don’t settle on one of those explanations until you have enough evidence to settle on it. Be open minded, in every sense. If someone is lying to you, you’ve gotta be careful not to invent another lie to replace it. Yeah, you outsmarted the liar, but that’s all you did. You’re still dumber than everyone who knows more than you.
Smart chef, Adam

Thank you team!

Interesting (not familiar with TATP)
Thinking of two goals:
Decline to assist the stupidest people when they make simple dangerous requests
Avoid assisting the most dangerous people as they seek guidance clarifying complex processes
Maybe this time it was OK that they helped you do something simple after you fed it smart instructions, though I understand it may not bode well as far as the second goal is concerned.
