We have to be hip and shorten it, so like maybe instead of package manager it can be pacman or if maybe by distro so like the popos can have a pop shop

The hardest part is picking a username and seeing what the name of the app store is on the distro

I was using popos regular LTS for about a year and always worked fine, no fuss getting nvidia drivers setup or anything.
I recently moved over to arch btw and using hyprland so its been pretty rough trying to get things working like I had on pop
So now I’m curious what distro you like most? I’ve been using popos for about a year at this point then tried fedora for about a week and now installed arch to feel around

It let’s your accounts blow off steam so they use excel better instead of filling the account ting sheets with dirty messages
I’m still pretty new to Linux so I break stuff pretty often, like recently I was trying to get opencl working with my amd gpu and I ended up causing every video I played to stutter constantly.
And I’ve been trying out new software to control fans or rgb and following guides making me enter commands until I figure out something that works I note it down so when I do a fresh install again I can easily configure it without all the trial and error etc and install only the software I found that I liked
That plus distro hopping
I usually keep important stuff on my server but things like games and stuff I purge with the fresh install and just download the games I’m actively playing, also helps clear up any issues from installing random junk during the months between as I settle on what programs I like
That’s when you know it’s time for a fresh install

I got that same prompt in my house ip now, can’t use youtube on my TV or anything, I guess it detected my plex server downloading videos since I usually watch from there
Probably terrible for your lungs too with all the dirt and dust

Just buy the dip

im not staring, im listening
I like popos, mostly after coming from crunchbangplusplus popos just works and I like the easy way of hitting the super key and typing what application I want to launch or switch too, not sure it would do anything for your issue tho

Usually deb or flatpak if you use the popshop

I don’t recommend ass fissures

Yeah I’d definitely dual booting while you wet your toes if you want to go full linux, then run a windows vm of you cant find anyway to replace that.
I run a windows vm on my server for my 360 tour and editing stuff but everything else is on my main linux machine now

What is that

It takes effort
Whatever I can hit the super key and type what program I want. If it can open a browser steam or dark table, the rest doesn’t matter much. I was on crunchbang++ then popOS then fedora now I’m on arch with hyprland
