The headline: ChatGPT Will Soon Remember Everything You’ve Ever Told It

So they’re still following the steps in Creating a Fascist Regime for Dummies, how surprising.

I know how that feels, but don’t worry about it. Once you know you know, and when you don’t there is probably someone who doesn’t mind to tell you

I have no clue how it is processed, you can link to a community by writing
[!world@lemmy.world](https://lemmy.world/c/world)
And a URL by writing
[text](https://www.lemm.ee/)
Also when you write something in bold or italic or code it is ‘translated’ by the backend because the html output is different the the plain text input.
But I’m no programmer, so I don’t really know.

I don’t know which one you mean, but let’s say you found this image of Luigi on tenor (https://tenor.com/nl/view/luigi-gif-1407430845338737317) you have to copy the URL to the actual image which is the following link: https://media.tenor.com/E4gy5Z5X2qUAAAAi/luigi.gif
then you put that in the url place of [Alt text](img url)
so you end up with the following:

if you do that without putting it between code brackets you embed the image:

What is the link of the image you put in?

Not entirely the same as uploading, but you can also embed an image with
if that helps.

Wait what happened first I’m confused. There was an event, then 5 hours after there was the ‘buy now’ tweet and then one hour later there was the ‘nvm the tariffs’ announcement?

So the insider trading was one hour after his ‘buy now’ tweet?

I am not sure about this, but that first spike might correspond with his tweet of ‘buy now’ before he tweeted about pausing the tariffs. If that’s true this is a whole less about secret information for his best buddies and much more about people blindly following his stock market ‘advice’. Immoral either way though.

From Wikipedia:
The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement is a federal law enforcement agency under the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
So they more like FBI than local police or state troopers, but I’m not American either so

Evil genius is also a kind of genius.

I do wonder how much further red and blue states can move away from each other before they un-unite.

I hope they won’t, if you see how little is done about Gaza after 50,000 deaths. Let’s just cross out fingers mass deportation turns out to be the cheaper solution.

They better start building some ghetto’s before they run out of space in the camps

That might happen, who knows, but that is not what this article is about af all.

I’m not implying you do, just acknowledging what you say is very different than what someone else says. Also not saying I don’t believe you, I do.
For context: it already saved your data as you had acces to your previous chats. Then came the memory feature, which meant they saved like a summary in to a new dataset (eg ‘the user lives in country x’ and ‘the user doesn’t like birthdays’), so you are right it does save it already. The news is that they will now the bot will acces more of your chat history, I think when they write ChatGPT they mean it as ‘your personal chatbot’ instead of ‘the company that offers the chatbot’.
