Ah, because whoever they kill is definitely an enemy. If they were already infallible why do they need AI?

There was a lot more I missed when I switched, can’t think of anything now. I was going to joke that I miss being 19. But eh, I’m doing better now than I was then.

It’s really annoying actually. Sometimes you’re asking something completely benign, and it’s likes sorry I’m an AI and I can’t do anything.
Example: I asked it what a commonplace book was. Apparently language models don’t have the capacity to help with that!

I know a few trans or nonbinary folks. They either go by he, she, or they. I have yet to meet someone who doesn’t. Then again I live in a weird progressive rural community.
But if someone asks me to refer to them a particular way, sure what not? It means more to them than it means to me.

Undiagnosed gang represent

Sabayon Linux. I’m not sure if it’s still releasing updates, the main website is dead. It was based on Gentoo and later funtoo, but had a package manager of precompiled binaries. You could still use emerge if you wanted to. Definitely a weird and interesting distro
Blend OS is trying to do the declarative nixos thing but with an arch base. That’s pretty cool.
ClearOS was Intel’s attempt at an immutable os. From what I remember it was really fast.
Edit: actually it clear Linux not clearOS. Edit: also clear Linux is stateless. I don’t know, there’s a lot about it I don’t understand

Yeah right now I weigh 170, I’m in pretty good shape (would be in better shape if I didn’t injure my foot and could start running again). But for me 180 is overweight? Even if that’s just fat that means my muscles become less visible. Hell it feels like my thighs are bigger now after getting in shape that when I was 180. And I started to look really skinny when I got down to 165.
I’m sure people would keep calling me skinny at 180. What we need are easier ways to measure body fat percentage. Because it is true that holding onto lots of fat for a long time is what’s bad for you.
The easiest way to check on body fat percentage right now is just to take weekly pictures of yourself in your underwear. You can see the muscle vs fat pretty well.

Why have we given juggalos so much power?

I’m not sure it’s a safe bet. Only if the tariffs last longer than 4 years. Building new factories takes a couple years, then you need to break even all within 4 years? Just seems risky to me

Are there any ways we can fight this? In my head “guerilla counter psyops” sounds really cool…
But like is the move to ignore? Point out what they’re doing? Verbal judo? Report and move on?

Rural Oregon is very red. There’s a behind the bastards episode on just how many racists there are in Oregon.

I think you can just be grateful to have or experience something. Like you can’t be grateful to anyone for a full moon, but you can be grateful that you saw it.

Comfort can be about how you look. I have some clothes that are super comfortable, but if I wore them out in public I would be arrested because I look like a drug dealer. Find something comfy in the way that it reflects how you want to be seen

I mean, looking like you know what you’re doing, looking confident doesn’t mean you have to dress plain.
Also I am sure gym bros will complement you on your body. Kind of like how as a straight man I only get compliments on my facial hair from other men. Look for validation from your friends not randos

When I first saw it I thought more about voter fraud. Dead people voting.

Sounds like a good idea, I don’t see why not. Now if only I had health insurance…

I don’t make a living off of my calligraphy or anything like that. But I think that the value is in me being able to create more unique pieces.
Sure you can make a copy, but it’ll never be the same as having a hand made original. Then Again I’m not very good or successful.
I watched a video a little while ago , I think the only value winamp has is nostalgic and historical. If it was really open source maybe we could get a really good fork and that’s about it, I think. Maybe I’m missing the point, let me know I’m not very smart at this stuff.

The Alchemist, I had to read it for a community college class. It’s probably the most predictable book I’ve ever read, but not in an entertaining way. Just painfully boring.
I read Siddhartha for highschool a couple years before, I would say that the books are almost identical, except I liked Siddhartha more.
You want a book with similar themes but actually amazing? The wizard of Earthsea.
I know the books aren’t literally the same. But the vibes feel very similar. I want to say they have very similar structure, but my memory doesn’t work that great.
The drug might suck. But I think continuing research on non opioid pain killers is probably a good thing.
