1 year agoYouTube is going to be better than that since it will be https and thus tls encrypted. The only thing your ISP sees is that you transferred something from youtube.

The prosecution has to prove. The defense only needs to introduce reasonable doubt. Not that these are the sort of fine points that will matter when the show trial starts.
