For the most part, debian has worked well for me (on steam, I haven’t used heroic). I’ve had trouble with nvidia drivers in the past, though.
It’s a stable release distro, so you won’t have the latest drivers and such, but that hasn’t been a big issue for me

Statistics don’t give any evidence about the ideology of any particular shooting. The statistics say that around 20% are done by people on the left.
That’s nowhere near close enough to confidently state Robinson wasn’t on the left.
I haven’t seen any hard evidence he was a full-on leftist, but I haven’t seen any hard evidence he was maga either.
From what I’ve seen, he was definitely left of his parents, but there’s a whole lot of different ideologies to the left of maga.
I think the only way we’ll know for sure his ideology is if he says so.

Yeah, there isn’t enough evidence to definitively prove it either way, and much of the evidence out there is tenuous or based on anonymous sources or tweets.
I agree that the claim he’s on the left is more plausible.
I don’t think we’ll know for sure unless he says something.
The comments in the article have since been retracted; the source hadn’t talked to the shooter in years, and admitted they didn’t remember their relationship

On Debian, you need to have secure boot disabled in order to hibernate. I’m guessing it works similarly on mint
