Punch nazis, trebuchet TERFs.
I am building Voyager, a client for lemmy!

Why not route traffic through the VPN via your router? Should be pretty easy with Mikrotik

Cosmic is subjectively the best DE out there. Popos 24 is scheduled for release in a week, it’s awesome.
It’s a Ubuntu fork so it’s easy to follow Ubuntu based guides. Starting with 24 they’re going to stay much more in sync with Ubuntu LTS.
Besides that, modern kernel, out of the box nvidia and disk encryption. Oh and pop is maintained by system76 that ships actual hardware (laptops and desktops) so it’s in their own best interest to have good modern hardware support. It’s a fantastic distro

Same (from macOS). Work and personal machines.

Popos 24 beta is dope if you like to live dangerously.
You can see communities you nod at the top of the communities list of the post tab.

Anyone else watch 10th generation dairyman?
Yeah, voyager does not have any ads or tracking or anything. It’s truly privacy first. In fact the only “analytics” I get are from Apple App Store and Google Play Store download counts etc which I can’t turn off. But if you use F-droid I have literally 0 usage information even crashes :)
Also Voyager has reproducible builds which means you don’t have to trust me. You can verify that the APK was built from a specific release of the source code!

Thanks! Also noteworthy, for those instances using lemmy-ansible (should be most) this release should fix video streaming for Safari clients (videos refusing to play), and enable progressive streaming for all pictrs videos (before in chrome/firefox/native players they would have to finish downloading before playing).
For those instances using a custom nginx reverse proxy with caching enabled, please enable the slice module! After upgrading to 0.19.10 feel free to ask me and I can help out to check to make sure it’s working properly.

It’s not a voyager issue, it’s a Lemmy issue, the link didn’t federate for whatever reason. Maybe an edit that op made to add a link didn’t federate, I’m not sure. You can check by the opening the comment with Lemmy-ui on Lemmy.ca vs lemmy.world.
Awesome works!
Only thing I’ve noticed so far is the old v3 profile API response doesn’t have posts/comments attached
CORS is broken on voyager.lemmy.ml. Can you please fix it?

Why the fuck does your television have a home page?
FLauncher is pretty great :)

Like writing a product review and giving one star for shipping speed lol.

My local grocery store is being stocked with hand trucks and forklifts.
It may blow Americans minds but forklifts and hand trucks can travel half a block to a side street to unload if needed.

This it right in my community. :(
Our congressman Mark Pocan summed things up well, “Support better gun laws or stay out. Thought & prayers are useless. Action!”
By the way OP its been corrected to three, maybe update title.

Ehh, I wouldn’t consider Safari “using chromium” at this point. It has been hard forked for years. Chrome could disappear tomorrow and it wouldn’t affect Safari development.
