I have the exact thoughts. I stopped my 401k contribution this week. It wasn’t much, but it’s $200 a month I need now. I’m early 50’s. It doesn’t look favorable to be fixed in 15 years.

Most plastic caps are made from a colored resin. I used to buy them from the manufacturers. We coated the Tito’s caps with the copper color. The silver ones are metallized in a similar way.

The food is excellent! I did not realize how easy it is to make a hamburger at home. That being said, it’s very expensive even with the sales. My kits were for two people and it was just enough, no leftovers. Came out to $16-18 for the two of us? We can eat out with leftovers for that much.

I had two houses at that interest rate in the 2000’s. The wage to house price was still reasonable then. Made $40k, paid $88k for a 3/2 in middle class suburban Tampa. I’m making 30% more now but houses are 400% more.
