Men, some subgroup of men in particular, are at a higher risk of false accusations than of sexual assault.

Are they? The former seems pretty much unheard of while the latter ain’t uncommon. I think the only subgroup of men where the risk of being “falsely” accused of SA is high are men who commit SA and just don’t believe it is SA. Of course perception of risk can vary and the (perceived) severity of the event matters as well.

Last election for Cornyn was 54% vs 44% (against a woman). And two years ago was 53% vs 45% (against a black man). Crocket has far more appeal and name recognition than either of the previous races. Before that was 2018, which was 51% vs 48% against someone who suggested going door to door to get guns from people. You have to go back over a decade to get a race that was such a landslide, which was against a white guy who came in 4th place in a house primary two years before and doesn’t even have a picture on wikipedia.

IF DD’s point is just people with the sexual preference deserve pity, then I agree. Just in the same way I think people with problems such as gambling or drug addictions should be pitied - it’s not something they’ve chosen and it negatively effects their quality of life. Otoh, I don’t think a gambling addict, for example, should be forgiven if they bankrupt their family and cause their children to grow up in poverty unnecessarily. Otoh, it it’s a history of defending child abuse, then agreed there should be some discounting going on (but that seems the opposite of the quotes provided).

Either way, isn’t the record for ladybird stuff in the git repo or something like that? Doesn’t really matter what the source is that brought attention to it if you have the primary source (but people shouldn’t be linking to problematic blogs - either link to the primary source or find/make another user-friendly secondary source).

Reducing sex drive doesn’t change who you are attracted to even if you change how penises respond, at least not from antiandrogens (my experience being with spiro+estrodial). But as far as I know, at least for sex crimes as a whole, variation in sex drive is a poor explainer of who will or will not sexually abuse. Not sure on the details of the regimens being pushed here, but it seems sorta like you want men to be forcibly transitioned (as much as a jokingly supported that as an egg, I’m actually not a fan of the idea on a mass scale)? And no clue what your suggestion for women are. All to achieve a different penis volume?

Even with games that usually use kernal anti-cheat systems like battleeye, some games specifically have enabled proton support and just work as well.

I haven’t had too much issues with Bazzite for general use. I still use windows for work, so there’s some things I haven’t tried setting up and have no clue how different they’d be on an immutable vs a mutable OS.

I’ve used Mint before (like 10 years ago) and somehow it kept breaking (I’m sure I somehow caused it, but I only knew enough to break things and not enough to understand how I was breaking them). 🤷‍♀️ For most people, I’d think how Bazzite works would be acceptable. For some power users, the immutable OS aspect might be annoying, but I think that’s mostly an issue for people who are coming from a different Linux distro (it did bother me at first and I did consider switching to something like PopOS) or people who want to run fairly dated or obscure software (granted, VMs are sometimes already necessary for that - at a previous job, we had to use windows 95 VMs to run a specific version of software).
