Which is difficult due to the many barriers put in by the two major parties to getting on the ballot. Many third parties spend a lot of their funds just trying to get on the ballot and defending against law suits put out by major party candidates. Leaves very little for campaigning or advertisement, relying almost solely on word of mouth and volunteers. And of course each state runs their own elections, so there is never a one size fits all solution. Plus, the rules are constantly changing and generally becoming more difficult.

We don’t have to be… We could just start taking out Billionaires and taking their wealth and assets through physical force. It certainly looks like a more attractive option by the day to me.

No? I think the fact a child rapist has been allowed to be President is of greater concern than rising gas prices. That between the two gas prices are less important than the fact the child rapist hasn’t been excised from office and preferably killed in such a way as to set an example to the rest of the Epstein Class.

Just going to point out that there are only 3000ish billionaires in the world, and about 8b everybody else. Wouldn’t even need 1% of the world’s population to slay those dragons. Imagine how much pollution could be reduced, how much wealth could be spread around if we just dedicated ourselves to eliminating the Billionaire class.

Personally I would even say the teams that slay a dragon, deserve a share of the hoard while the rest is redistributed.

I’m far more interested in a wage cap. Top level earner can’t earn more than 10x the lowest level earner in the company. And a it doesn’t matter the amount the wage is, if it isn’t also tied to inflation as we’ll be back fighting this fight again in short order if it isn’t. That of course is take all of this at face value, and pretending it’s not just theater.

Though overall I would still prefer people rejecting the current business structures and making employee-owned businesses the new way. Go Pirate with the whole thing, everybody works for shares. Unions/Min. Wage are just compromises from realizing the true potential and pay of the working class.

Every time I see him in the news lately all I can ever think about is that post about how all we have to do is eat one Billionaire and the rest will fall in line.

I agree that the Democrats do know, but you have a lot more faith on them as a party than I do. I think the majority of the DNC are controlled opposition, and are happy with this current situation where they don’t have to try to do anything. Which is why the narrative has been more or less “you should have voted for us, now we can’t do anything” even though in reality anytime they can do something, they fold.

Yeah I’ve been banging that particular drum since like December 2024. Trying to get people to just look at the data has been like pulling teeth. Got called blue maga and “just like maga” for it.

Fucking annoying that all I wanted was people to take a critical eye to the data, and keep in mind that Trump is a known fraudster and cheater. That he had Elon musk’s backing and his billions. That cyber security experts, and data experts were sending in letters that the election was compromised. That Kamala herself(likely ghost written) had released a book about the discrepancies in our previous elections with Trump.

The data shows a Russian tail in every election with Trump, with 2024 being the most pronounced and obvious.
