It is but from what I understand it doesn’t run on ActivityPub. Rather it runs on AT Protocol

- Install Windows 11
- “Sign in with your MS account”
- Click Sign-in options
- Domain join
- It allows you to continue to the local account setup
- Doesn’t force completion of domain join
Settings > Device care > Auto optimization > Auto restart
I’ve tested this and they do still work
Samsung phones also have a reboot schedule option
