Seriously get yourself checked out and see if the feelings persist in a hotel or in a friend’s place nearby. It’s entirely possible you’re getting blood pressure shifts on lying down that are causing other symptoms. Barometric pressure shifts can trigger all of these symptoms too, and the climate is getting pretty active lately. How are your sinuses? Could be sinus headaches. Take some decongestants.

The closest to an actual resolvable external cause for these symptoms is low frequency noise from data centers or unbalanced industrial cooling fans. Turn off any ac/heater you have, see if it persists. Check any exhaust fans. Maybe grab a decibel meter?
