It’s not like workers having to do 2 or 3 jobs in the US just to allow their family to survive are really “free workers”. At least slaves in China seem to benefit the country. In the US, the slaves just benefit big corporations and their shareholders.

3x the rent as a revenue and 3 month deposit is also standard in Switzerland. However, the deposit is put in a special account and the bank releases it when you move out. It is not that easy for the landlord to get a part of it. About the rent not exceeding one third of the revenue, it’s of course not always easy to do, but if you exceeded it, you would risk having other financial problems which wouldn’t be good for you neither.

I’d recommend a longer full time week. If the full time week is too short, many people well rely on overtime for their salary. This completely destroys the benefits of some of your other points, since you can’t do overtime during vacations, parental leave, sick leave, etc. Overtime should not be the norm if you want a good social/financial security.

Edit: part time job should of course always be possible if your revenue allows you to work shorter weeks

There are some reactor designs that run on waste of standard reactors. It would solve two of your points for at least some decades.

What about selling your muscle for construction work, your face for an advertisement or your voice for airport announcements? Maybe selling your naked body is not much different than these apart from the bad connotations that you have about sex.

You could actually break bitcoin with enough computing power. Bitcoin works on the fact that most of the miners are honest. Someone with enough processing power could rewrite the Blockchain as they want.
