My family left Nederland in 2003. We in NZ now. I went back recently for a prolonged visit, it is a beautiful country but it has got nothing compared to NZ.

I’m a Dutch person who grew up in NZ. NZ is a nice place, even though the cost of living is a bit high and we have our own problems, but in comparison with other overseas struggles we have it pretty good here!

I have a degenerative condition and have a chance of going blind should cataract surgery fail.

That’s a fun one.

This is great, and overall something I’d support and want to see in my country (NZ).

My one criticism is that I’ve found that my friends at a young age just voted the same way as their family did. For a few reasons, such as to avoid upsetting dad, echo chambers or other things.

Not sure how to solve this one.

We got chickens when facing an egg crisis here in NZ. Lovely little animals. It’s been nice being able to look after and care for these creatures, knowing they are living the good life whilst consuming their eggs. Much more useful than my dumb dog.
