Resarch can only study the average effect. If switching to a certain font does not help on average, it does not mean that it helps never.

If I am not mistakem, they did not cite OP but pretended that OP joined their community and committed posts on their blog.

If you stop at radical acceptance, you’ll end up being fatalistic and spineless, giving up your own needs and wishes, hurting yourselve in the process.
In psychotherapy, the next step after acceptance is comittment. What do I really want? For what do I really care? What do I really need? My coworkers are morons, Ok, accepted - but what do I really need? Perhaps I need to take pride in my work, and need to commit to get a job I can take pride in. Maybe I need friends and need to commit finding friends outside of work. Maybe I just need money and can commit to just earn money. In either case I don’t have to be upset about my moronic coworkers any longer.

I’d argue that well crafted fascism is a religion.
He’s talking to his domestic audience, trying to reassure them that his genocide in Gaza is not destroying the international support Israel needs to survive.
The original TWM is definetely an experience nobody should miss. Like lighting a fire or washing your clothes manually.
You do not use TWM, do you?

TrakCare – wow, intersystem offers a bunch of data management software in > 20 countries.
At first glance, TrakCare seems to be targeted at hospitals. GNUmed is targeted at small practices.

Billing the public health insurance. It’s perfectly usable for private practice, but there are only very few private only practices in Germany.

Main problem with it is lack of certification, which prevents it’s use ironically in Germany, the country of origin. I would have loved to use it. If you live in a less–regulated health system, I wish you success!
Data migration will be a huge problem – medical management system companies tend to lock their customers into their system by preventing data migration.
I just didn’t bother with migration. I used an autohotkey script to print all patient charts of the old system into pdf files – unconvenient but failsave – and built the new data base from scratch.

Ethymologically you are right, I wasn’t really aware of the alchemical background of five rounds of destillation when I wrote my comment.
Nonetheless, “quintessential for” is not unheard (or rather unread?) of:

It will take another generation or two until this usage becomes normalized, so thank you for pointing me to a better style.

Depends on your definition of “actual”.
I totally agree that the original 12 steps cannot work for anyone not believing in an Abrahamitic god.
I’d say that you need the actual steps for other people, i.e. the steps the AA are really taking, not the steps they claim to take.
Actually, Ctrl+C is the ASCII Code for the control character ETX (End of Text) since the early 60s. This is not a hotkey but a control character. To change this system, you’d have to change not only dozends of terminal emulators and the kernels of all unixoid operating systems, but at least ANSI, Unicode and Posix, too. And Windows, by the way - even Microsoft uses ctrl+c in both cmd.exe and powershell to kill the running process.
