It’s a fictional character from Battlestar Galactica.

I think that’s a part of it. They’re also usually the ones who are likely to end up being longer-term residents so they’re more invested.
I don’t mind chatting, but usually when a I’m outside my apartment I’m in the process of doing something. Personally I hate getting trapped in small talk when I’m just trying to spend 60 seconds to take my trash out or walk to my car.

Nope. Neighbors in apartments change far too frequently for various reasons - life changes, rent hikes, property issues, etc. It very rarely seems worth the time to invest in a potential acquaintanceship. The only people that ever seem to be eager to be friends in my experiences end up being the elderly and the younger folks anyway.
It also makes it far more awkward when you have to eventually have a neighborly conversation and ask them to not leave their trash in the hallway or keep their volume down or something else minor.

Exactly. There isn’t anything about this that is actually news or noteworthy. A low enrollment club with the goal of making waves isn’t being endorsed by a faculty member that doesn’t want to deal with the headache for a club that’s going to die again in two years.
This is just normal University administration and operation and yet here we are reading an article about it from a major news outlet.

Let me know how your back feels in the morning

Seriously. There is either some serious misconduct going on or this police chief definitely didn’t come up with a polite enough excuse not to attend their bosses bosses boss’s church fundraiser.

As someone who also only drinks black coffee I agree. Their signature taste is literally burnt because of the way they roast their beans. It’s terrible.
I’ve tried Google’s suggestion of water/vinegar and a bit of dish soap in a bottle, but they don’t seem to go for it at all.
Someone correct me if I’m wrong, but I always thought this method was only geared for fruit flies, not houseflys.
Flypaper strips can be effective depending on the severity and location of the issue and are fairly cheap. It won’t be 100% effective, but it might help. Just be very careful about where you place it if you have any pets or children.
Stop it. Executives don’t understand sarcasm and you’ve doomed us all!

You’d be better suited just having a user select that they are comfortable dating a trans individual because it will likely come up very early in the dating process anyway.
Forcing someone to identify as a gender that doesn’t make them comfortable is just going to result in them not using your app and is frankly kind of a dick move overall. Your suggestion would just create an app that was suited for chasers, not trans users.
The only reason the Fextralife wiki exists is because they use it to inflate their twitch channel viewercounts and channel metrics for sponsors with the embedded stream on every page(Unless twitch finally fixed this loophole). The entire business model of Fextralife is literally farming ad revenue so this doesn’t surprise me in the least.
