Companies already increased prices more than the tariffs cost them and we paid them. Now they get extra profits on top of their profits while we don’t get jack shit. Companies won’t decrease prices back to pre-tariff levels after they get their refunds either so…fuck consumers I guess!

Elon is a fucking grifter. Tesla sales plummeted about 50% after Elon’s public nazi shit and the company is somehow not losing money. Elon starts claiming Tesla is an AI and robotics company. They have no viable AI products (Tesla self driving is shit compared to the competition) and their robotics are decades behind conpeting companies (like boston dynamics) yet somehow Tesla still is making money…with 50% reduced sales and dumping money into product development for things that are far from ready. I bet someone is cooking the books for Tesla so hard the whole company is constantly about to burst into flames.

Touchscreens were never popular with customers. Manufacturers kept cramming touchscreens in cars and using them to control everything becuase they were being stupid with new tech.

Edit: I guess I should have been clearer. I was talking about as a replacement for tactile controlls in a car like the article is talking about. Reverse cameras and other things that are good to have a touch screen for make perfect sense but using your touch screen to control your Air conditioning in a way that you have to divert your attention from the road to operate sliders and buttons on a touch screen is dumb as hell.

I would guess there is no way in hell they are going to stop making GPUs becuase GPU development leads directly to their ability to make better AI accelerators. I could see them backing off of CPU prodiction before cutting out GPUs.
