Only vinyls because I think its fun to collect. Movies/shows are streamed from my server. Games are all on steam. Books I sometimes get but I also read a lot on my eink android tablet. And I get Spotify through my work so I listen to that when I’m out

I wouldn’t bother, seems like a good way yobget banned and waste money. Private trackers are a pain in the ass yo get into (the good ones) so I never bothered I just try to find my media on Usenet+TL+public trackers. Usenet doesnt have anything but was way easier to just buy access to that and know I’ll get content then risk gaming my way into a private tracker

If they go to the office twice a week with an hour and a half commute each way that’s six hours a week driving. So 52 weeks a year that’s 312 hours or 13 days. Still not great but my commute is about 30min one way. I work five days a week so five hours a week, which would still be about 10 2/3 days a year. They also said they only have to commute once OR twice a week so they still probably drive less then the 13 days a year.

This, I used to use Kodi+Serena+realdebrid but it was not as user friendly. Stremio is by far the best option if you just want to watch shows without making a server/ having to actually manage downloads or making it into a project.

You just set it up and use it like any other streaming app

No reason to self host unless you find joy in maintaining a server/ library

I don’t fileshare, I use usenet, don’t wanna have to be constantly seeding isos. I like to rename and move my files onto my server not keep them on my cache drive.

So now I can not have access to maps, communication, money. And identification when my phone dies. And is it really more convenient to install readers for difital licences everywhere then to just look at a licence?

I dunno I’m old but the whole idea of having my phone store everything important seems like a bad idea. I don’t even like to do banking on my phone let alone use it as a payment method.
