I’ve always liked Van Gough’s work.

Last year I got to see his Sunflowers painting in person at the National Portrait Gallery in London. I didn’t even know it was there when I decided to go to that museum, it was a pleasant surprise.

When I make French toast, I add a little bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom to the egg batter.

When I was a kid, it was Animal.

Now that I’m an adult and a parent, it’s Kermit.

I like to put cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom in my French Toast batter. Makes it extra tasty.

This is the way.

I’m having pretty much the same thing right now. Started feeling a little bad last Wednesday afternoon. Felt worse Thusday so I took Thursday and Friday of work and basically laid around all day from Thursday through Sunday.

Monday and yesterday I still had a bad headache and almost no energy. I had to rest and nap all lot.

Today I’m feeling slightly better, but still fighting a headache and very little energy. The cocid test I took was negative so either it’s a bad cold or flu, but I haven’t felt this sick in a long time.

But low key that sounds like an amazing place to take a relaxing vacation.

I have that in most rooms in my house, and in one room the bottom part slides up.

Anytime I worry about the robot uprising, I just remember the time Google Location couldn’t figure out what method of transportation I was using for two and a half hours between the Santa Ana, CA airport and the Denver, CO airport.

That’s what I use, too. I think most of what makes Boost so great is that the developer initially made it for Reddit, so they put a lot of work into the user experience and it runs great. Plus since I primarily used it for Reddit, it feels very familiar to use it for Lemmy.

It’s absolutely possible. It would depend on the store but I’m guessing a store that has a loyalty program is interested enough in analyzing customer data that they would use your credit card as a unique identifier of you as a customer, especially for transactions where there wasn’t a loyalty number entered.

Similar to that, just because someone works in IT, doesn’t mean they can fix your computer problem. I’ve worked with a lot of developers who were great coders but couldn’t resolve networking or random OS issues.

Not exactly secret, but not very well-known. In many states your credit score can be used as a factor in determining the cost of auto insurance for you. Lower credit scores can equal higher premiums.
