Same best approach would be to just have a presence on legacy social media and the open source people social media

Let’s gooooo!!! Also hoping we can get gif support on Mastodon/Pixelfed/etc. Would he a tiny yet massive way to make the platforms more interactive. Each community can enable or disable gifs as an option and allow users to disable gif’s completely. That would be a good way to have it

All good go for it. We all can focus on different things that are good to build up. Good luck

There can be a couple big things done. A browser being one of them. The open source community is always growing and not everybody has to work on a browser.
Why you so mad about the prospect of open source vehicles?

Wait they changed it!! It used to be open source unless I imagined it somehow. Wait whaaaat

Browsers//
Android: Ironfox (BEST OF ALL) and Cromite Linux: Librewolf, Zen, and Ungoogled Chromium Anything Apple: Orion Windows: Anything from Linux section
For future reference keep an eye on Servo, and I guess Ladybird too
Recommend all that!

To build as a community I meant. I expanded on this in the opensource community via cross post
Much love to ya though you’ll pull through. Its a pain to go through all that but it will be worth it.
Try joining and getting to know actual people from all kinds of groups: open source, Linux, etc. I’m sure some people would be willing to hire for simple tech jobs or other jobs in marketing, etc

Additional Comment:
It seems like the trend of open source is expanding not just more broadly in regions: Europe adopting it. But also in natural expansions: open source hardware.
Would be interesting if we can get a couple more opensource communities up and running and get more people interested in open source in various ways.
opensourcevehicles/opensourcetransit seems like the next logical step. (I would like to help with this)
Extra Side Notes:
Another area that can be good is opensourcebusiness (Everything related to starting, running, etc a business to make it more accessible for people. Would help more open source companies be made as well overtime)
opensourceanimation/anime (grow that part of the community to collaborate with for visual presentations of open source projects. Animated Tux would be amazing. An anime Krita mascot intro. We can get really creative), opensourcevalues (teaching values and ethics: hope, empathy, strength, we the people, gratitude, humble, etc) and opensourceuxui (grow that part of the community too to collaborate with. UX/UI community struggles with at times) to expand on main opensource software/hardware communities themselves
Personal Note:
2 more being opensourcehealth (To give a baseline of health resources people can make use of), open source housing, opensourcefood, open source water, and opensourcefinances (Baseline of finance resources). All that is more of a personal want but don’t know if there is much want in the open source community for those 5.

Blip is a good option. Not on Linux yet but they are making an app.
Edit: Not Blip they aren’t open source anymore
If everyone submits feedback on how they want the app it will turn out how we want it. So some basics being Flatpak & AppImage support

Not hope let’s make it a trend everywhere even in the States!

Now if only we could get a Call of Duty Black Ops 1 Zombies open source alternative /s and hopium

Really hoping you do the Spanish Version you ant to make.
Also that someone else makes a Japanese, French, Italian, Ukrainian, and Danish versions as well.
Some main African languages too

Many people aren’t being made aware of open source stuff. We are barely cracking surface in Linux and much less in social media. Keep letting people know and encourage them to move to them!!

We need people getting people in and sharing it all the time in their back pocket at the ready to talk about it. Seriously feels like I am one of the few pushing Loops up. Same with other people social media: Stoat, XMPP, Session, Molly/Signal, Mastodon, Pixelfed, etc
Hopefully they can be overhauling UI to be much better. Would be cool if they made calls to wider community for UI people to come in to help out
How much further away before we get signing up without phone number?

Makes sense
The community has to market in various ways in spare time if they want better for platform and more people to come in. Was thinking growing an animation and anime portion of the community to create visuals would be great way to get people as one way.
Partnering with schools and community events to demonstrate how easy it is to use for certain beginner friendly distros will be massive with each event done. Thats true on the gui, checkpoints on updates, and safe mode thing too. Wonder which distros would implement latter 2.
The public view is changing on that. Even YouTube has been pushing Linux in the algorithm and people talking about how easier it is. The new problem point mainly is modding and games that need anti-cheat

Read the forked convo about cake too, updated one prior comment to highlight where the fork from convo is
Thank you thank you!
What are you specifically trying to say? Haha I do make vehicles including cars. This will be community effort as everything else is
