Nah. OCs a whinging boomer.
“Screaming” “People like me” “liberties eroding before our very eyes”
It’s like he’s never read a history book. Or travelled outside his state.

It sure did. Well done!

Back in my day we had to dial in to get the internet.
GoddamnGl Gubberment ruining everything

People complained about government overreach when seatbelts became a law

You’ve been screaming about internet censorship since before the internet?
Fucking time traveller right here
So 4chan that said they wouldn’t pay the UK fine as the UK doesn’t have jurisdiction over companies based in the USA is going to sue UK over stuff that 4chan can’t be responsible for?

Can’t comment specifically about Tesla’s but self driving is going to have to go through the same decades of iterative improvement that car safety went through. Thats just expected
However its not appropriate for this to be done at the risk to lives.
But somehow it needs the time and money to run through a decade of improvement

Its one thing to not be private. Its an entirely different thing for that thing to be crawled, indexed and published on the world’s biggest catalogue

I’m pretty sure millions of people have been killed by cars over the last 100 years.

Email still has it’s place. So changing the interface will likely make email less useable.
Ideally something alongside email but not email.

If only they could develop a federated short message system.
Messenger/WhatsApp/slack messaging style but federated like email

Xwitter?

Sugar is refined.

The rest of the US would have to raise tariffs on exports to California to cover the shortfall

The single thing Google did right when they first came out was a clean UI with a search bar on an uncluttered page.
At the time the competitors had search pages cluttered with ads and news. It was so bad you couldn’t think.
If Microsoft makes their search nice to look at them it’s going to get many more users

Exactly my point. thankyou
You phrase it much more elocutely though, so thanks for that

That’s literally the opposite of what it means though. The point of the phrase is that even people who are full of bad ideas occasionally come up with a good one.
Ummm that’s literally exactly what I’m saying. You should re-read my comment cos you completely misunderstood my point

Thanks for assuming you have any idea about me.
But you are very wrong, I’m plenty old enough to know wtf a analogue clock is.
I don’t like the comment because it’s shallow and reinforces the dichotomy of Dem vs Gop
The notion that people are only wrong even if they are right. The idea that a bad person can’t change. Even if they do an empathetic action and care about someone they are still and will only ever be wrong.
It’s internet shallow, it’s a meme catch phrase for the lazy.
That would make it a SLM
