With the rampant rise in cheating/faking one’s own skills with the utilization of AI comes with recruiters having to come up with a rather invasive way to ensure recruits aren’t utilizing AI during interviews to test real skills we’ve developed from our own experiences.

My company laid off 2 people whilst on maternity leave and being a mostly remote company, my coworkers were in different states.

The one in California sued and got a decent amount from the lawsuit. However the one in Texas didn’t see as bright of an ending.

Maternity leave needs to be protected federally, as right now I think only a handful of states have laws protecting employees on maternity leave.

I recommend Boox, I don’t know about their dedicated e-reader, but I have the Onyx Boox Air C it’s a little pricier, but it’s an E-Ink tablet so I take all my notes there. (The C versions are color)
