    Lytvynchuk’s defense attorney, Myles Breiner, claims his client was trying to protect sea turtles, mistaking the monk seal for an aggressive sea lion.

    “So his response was not to hurt this monk seal, but to get it away from the turtles,” Breiner stated.

    Oh, I mean… people can make mistakes. I wouldn’t jump to…

    The witness confronted Lytvynchuk, who allegedly responded that “he did not care and was ‘rich’ enough to pay any fines.”

        Most rich people I’ve known are not famous, have no private security, and have an unsecured iPhone which they do not keep in lockdown mode. If a person is famous or known to be rich, they might have security, but most rich people look normal and aren’t famous. I am aware that I don’t know everyone on the planet.
