        It would make a million people with $1 million dollars. Now let’s give them $999 million dollars. They would still be millionaires.

        Sure, a bit over a thousand of them. But not a million.

        I’m fine with your second suggestion though, let’s do that instead. Or let’s skip everybody with more than a million in assets and distribute to the rest.

        999 millions in your account still don’t make you a billionaire, even when you’re close. Few hundred as in a multiple of 100.
