Some travelers on Disney’s Magic cruise ship were left disturbed earlier this month after ICE agents stormed onto the vessel and detained several crew members.
Immigrant rights groups said at least 10 crew members were detained at the Port of San Diego on April 23 after the Disney-run cruise ship returned following a five-day trip.
Dharmi Mehta and her family had enjoyed their trip, but were upset when they saw the head waiter, whom they had become close with, being led away from the docked boat with his hands zip-tied behind his back.

Look I’m as anti-ICE as the rest of you, but did anyone read the charges? OP conveniently left out of their summary that these workers were arrested and deported as part of a child sexual exploitation material bust.

Right, ICE also claims all the people they arrest are rapists and murderers. So yeah, they broke that trust and all I’m thinking is they made up more bogus charges.

Obviously not cause you believe what they say. When they’ll say anything to get what they want. Why did ICE do this? Why not the FBI? Why ICE? Is it because ICE is better equipped to handle this situation? Perhaps it is because ICE will accept any order given without question or concern for an individual’s rights?
I’d put my wager on the later.
