    Before you get panicky, proposed. Anyone can propose anything, and state lawmakers are a whole other kind of crazy.

      The fact that someone in power even has this desire is fucking troubling.

      It’s like saying we shouldn’t worry about a pedophile at a playground because they’re only proposing to rape the children.

      True, and crazy proposals like this in the US happened all the time for decades already.

      Having said that, the amount of bat shit crazy theology proposals has been going through the roof these past few weeks

      It’sll literally been weeks, it feels like decades already
