I have issues with the idea of assisted suicide. Killing oneself should be ur right but if u dont have the strength to do it urself then u dont deserve it.
Wait until you have parents or other elderly loved ones that are slowly rotting and wasting away in front of you, unable to do anything to end their own suffering due to being severely incapacitated and then come back with that incredibly short-sighted belief. We give more compassion to the end-of-life of our pets than our elderly.

I was adding that our ability to form cohesive groups and socially bond was itself an evolutionarily selected for trait seeing as how it’s been a main factor in our species’ ability to survive and thrive.
