You can VNC to the printer to access the control panel. I do remote support and it’s a life saver when trying to troubleshoot / test scanning by functions

I use windows click to do all the time in work.

I’m constantly being sent screenshots of tables with data in it that I can’t copy paste. (Side note, why take a perfectly searchable .csv and send me a screenshot of it???!!)

The tool really is a game changer for my productivity.

I sure as hell wouldn’t enable it on my personal computer though.

I had a random no symbol on my external monitor that was being caused by its OSD detecting microphone mute and showing an icon.

This certainly isn’t a fix, but if you try to screenshot the icon and it shows up, you’ll know it’s being drawn by the computer and not the monitor.

Might give you a direction to investigate :)

We had that heat wave just after Easter this year, much earlier than I remember, that was the final straw. Bought one on marketplace for £180.

My money is on it being part of the ticketing computer’s programming.

You can spin the pinhole up in a docker image and have it run as a secondary DNS server. The rest of your network can use the existing DNS and only point the TV at the pi. If you sit down to watch something and it requires tweaking, just flick back to regular DNS :)
