That’s not true at all. Phones have to be sold unlocked and have been since 2017. Any devices sold before then can be unlocked for free upon request, but that is almost 9 years ago which essentially means that all phones in active use in Canada are unlocked.

Yep. I’m in MAU numbers because I logged in twice this month to run Sky Follower Bridge. After the API debacle my average usage went from hours a day to zero minutes per day.

I don’t even know why this is a question, people can absolutely be radicalized in a short period time, especially the apolitical. Even faster when large sums of money are involved.
Meat packing, farming & agriculture in North America is run entirely off the backs of immigrants, poor people and people of colour. People don’t choose these jobs, they take them out of necessity. This is just a fact, and a weird hill to die on.
