865GB? I can’t run that locally. I want like 30 specialized 100GB models I can run locally. I can’t load/unload them as needed. Would take longer to do the inference but things have gotten good enough to set it and forget it.

Tool-powered agents can do math though. The issue is the fuzziness of it trying to guess carbs. It doesn’t know weight, ingredients, or anything other than a picture. These tools can be useful but not for this. Maybe one day but not yet.

Whoever claims an AI (LLM or agents) can do that and charging their users is lying and defrauding them.

It’s one step beyond monitoring. The mega rich want to control AI because they can train them to say whatever they want without question.

They want to shape the world around them. Ask an AI about Tiananmen in china. The west is no different, they are going to try to shape how generations develop (or don’t) their critical thinking skills.

Yeah, very likely. I suppose the product focus will be government/military. They will get the AI find people to disappear or pick bombing targets. That’s apparently a profitable endeavor.
