Or at least make them “for professional use only”, and regulate them like they’re body cams. If companies risk GDPR fines, they might self-regulate enough to take care of the problem.

I fully agree with you. My next one won’t be a Bambu, but as long as my P1S works, it’ll be my main machine. And back when i bought my A1 mini, there simply was no comparable alternative in the sub 200€ range. It’s great that this is now a different story, but since printers take a couple of years to break down, the change in market share won’t happen overnight.

If quality really drops, the problem should solve itself, as their target clientele probably will be looking for alternatives.

Their printers just work. If you’re not interested in printers, but only printing the apple-of3d-printing is exactly what you want, which seems to be the majority of people. I own a Bambu and a sovol, to satisfy “both hobbies”. But at the end of the day, when I just need to print a replacement part I spent a non-trivial amount of time designing, my first pick is always the Bambu. Sadly, convenience beats freedom

Have a look at “wake timers”, they might be at fault and need disabling

It is. That’s why banks have publicly backed Wero in favor of the digital euro. It might also be a reason for the relatively low limits of the digital euro wallets, but that’s just my speculation.

The digital euro will be centralized on the European Central Bank, so the transactions do not depend on some local banks. It’s in direct competition with the banks themselves. But yeah, not that big a difference for the end user imho

Might be a setup error on my part, but the P1S has had more print quality problems than my A1m. Also, when iterating on new drafts, I find it useful to have 2 printers to print staggered versions, reducing my wait times. Again, if you don’t have the resources to keep it, sell it by all means. After all, that’s what I did. But i do sometimes miss it’s simplicity and ease of use. Going back to your first question, i just never updated my a1m, nor my p1s, so they both worked fine with Orca slicer. The app and online functionality still works

I started it with the A1 mini, then got a Sovol sv08, then aP1S, after selling the A1m. If you can afford it, keep yours, I miss mine. Yes, its too small for some things, but unbeatable for everything that fits on it’s build plate.
Is there a list of printer (brand) specific communities?
It doesn’t work perfectly, but if using smart glasses anywhere outside of the restricted areas of your business risks huge whooping fines, smart glasses will only be allowed in those restricted areas. The same already goes for dangerous tools and hazardous chemicals. On a PC, you can easily screenshot and -record to create documentation or help others. Having this e.g. for a woodworking technique or to show how to replace a specific part in an engine might be a huge value add. But no one needs this shit while grabbing lunch in a public place.
