I had similar issues. Turns out I was using 70% ipa. Switching to 90% fixed it.

Octoprint. It’s web page front end for 3d printers. Instead of copying to an SD card, walking to the printer, loading the file and printing, I can just upload and print. It also has camera support for timelapses and a very healthy addon ecosystem. I use it on both of my printers.

If you like logistics or problem solving, it’s addictive. I have 1200 hours in it.

Upping the flow isn’t the problem then. In my experience, flow only ever varies between 95 and 105%. It’s there to compensate for thinner or thicker than expected filament. The under extrusion is caused by something else. Possibly a blockage, possibly to much drag. Pushing harder, aka more flow, might not help.

Or maybe you need worse tape.
