I do like the current system actually. With it, you can be not pinned to your phone and would still hear the alarm. If I understand it correctly, now I’ll be in danger if I don’t have my phone on me at all times?

Same, but apparently more people do not notice the test alarms, than there are people that don’t have their phone on them. So I guess that theoretically makes sense, although in my case the former feels more likely than the latter? Then again, if my phone’s dead, I’ll still often be around at least one other person with a working phone.

haha nee, maar ik denk altijd als er echt een grote ramp is merk ik het vanzelf wel, waar heb ik dan dat irritante alarm voor nodig :p
